17 kwi 2020 · I've just bumped into the problem too. Noticed that WebTorrent, ShareDrop, and others were all limited to about 30 MB/s, even when transferring between different browser tabs on same device.

24 sie 2015 · WebRTC is not a discovery mechanism, unless you count what sharedrop.io does, which ingeniously uses WebRTC to find people who connect to it who are on the same lan, and then orchestrates lan-only file transfer between them.

However, I've encountered intermittent issues. Sometimes, the peer connection fails on certain Wi-Fi networks, whereas on other days, it functions properly.

An example to @danien-renshaw 's answer, suppose we want to add two matrix, let's say a and b, where the value of b matrix will remain constant throughout the lifetime of the program, we can have the b matrix as the shared variable and do the required operation.
