Spoilers for Seven Pounds. Seven Pounds is a 2008 movie starring Will Smith, and it's only got 26% on rotten tomatoes. A lot of the critics say that it's one of the worst movies ever made, and I don't get that at all. It's definitely not perfect, but I don't think it deserves these reviews.

Seven Pounds ending (Spoilers) Box jellyfish are nearly impossible to see in the water. How many first responders are going to get stung and possibly killed by that thing? As many as it takes... I don't think you'd want to transplant organs from someone who died from jellyfish venom either.

Seven Pounds coats itself in cornball greeting card sentiment, laying on the melodrama thicker than honey, but everything feels so cynical and so calculated to wring out the most emotional of emotional responses that nothing is authentic.
