To make these filings accessible to interested parties via the Internet, the Department of Insurance is utilizing the NAIC System for Electronic Rate and Form Filing Access interface. Click the following link to access the interface and search public insurance company filings: SERFF Filing Access.

Submissions should include the required filing fee per bulletin. See Fee Schedule. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) is required. All Serff filings must be submitted in Print to PDF format. IMPORTANT: All filings must clearly outline items being filed or revised.
SERFF Filing Access (SFA) is now in production for an increasing number of states. This new interface provides consumers and other interested parties the ability to access Rate and Form Filings via the Internet that the participating state has marked available.
Use State TOI Information - When enabled, states can set their own TOI and Sub-TOI on filings. See Lesson 4 in the user manual for more information. License Check Required & View of License Permitted - Available to SBS states only. Contact the SERFF Help Desk for more information.
