Step 1: Entity Registration. The One Stop Business Portal allows you to register three common entity types: a domestic Limited Liability Company, a Business Corporation or a Statutory Close Corporation with the Department of Financial Institutions (DFI).
Business Entity File Online. The Bureau offers multiple online filing options. In most cases, your filing will be accepted upon receipt and you will receive notice immediately. All online filings require a contact email address be provided.
