Sears Vacation Club Direct Access. 7 years ago. This is more of a notification for people traveling and might want to use Sears Vacations. Here is my story. I had a nice lady come up to me at Sears while I was shopping and told me she wanted to enter me to win a cruise or a 7 day vacation.
Sears Direct Access will mostly benefit people who like to vacation in Mexico. We have now booked 2 of our "free vacation certificates" ( we declined the cruise as we have learned we both hate cruises). Our first certificate was used to travel to Cancun during Christmas break in 2015. We were booked into the Grand Oasis Cancun.

Re: Sears Vacation Club Direct Access. 10 years ago. I used this program to book a vacation to San Diego for a weekend getaway. I called the customer service department and they held my hand the entire way, they even called to see how the vacation was when I returned.
We joined the Sears Vacation Program one year ago and as a result of paying them $4,999.00 we received 2 7 Day Caribbean Cruises and 4 Resort stays and $500.00 in Vacation cash. Unfortunately, we did not realize that there was an expiration date on the $500.00 Vacation Cash.
So, Sears Vacation Direct Access was asking us to pay $400 MORE than what we would pay the resort directly! We thought this must be a mistake, so we tried to make the reservation on the website. The website quoted the original $999, so we tried to proceed with the reservation.
