Sealy offers a limited warranty for mattresses and flat foundations for 10 years, and for EASE adjustable power bases for 25 years. To file a warranty claim, you need proof of purchase, product law tag, photos of the defect, and contact information.
To protect you against defects, we include a limited warranty with most of our products. If you find yourself experiencing difficulties and believe it may be due to a manufacturing defect, you can follow the tips below to file a warranty claim to be reviewed by our warranty department.
Below, you can find our warranty details depending on when you purchased your mattress. Before June 2003. Between 2003 – 2007. Flameguard protection. Between 2008 – 2013. Between 2014 - 2020.
The number to the right of the slash mark is the total warranty period in years. If the number to the left of the slash is less than the number to the right of the slash, this means your mattress warranty has a deductible for any warrantable repairs or replacement.
