5.0 Implementation of the Fourth Tranche of the Modified Salary Schedule for Civilian Personnel Effective January 1, 2023. The new salary rates shall be in accordance with the Fourth Tranche Monthly Salary Schedule for Civilian Personnel, attached as Annex “A” in this Circular.
