Considering "verified or not verified", you are likely mean green checkmarks. These are mostly for people who post stuff, as RT usually have moderately strict rules controlling new torrent creation and page design, making search easier and making insides of new posts more in line with others to increase readability.

1 paź 2016 · I've been using rutor for quite a while (.is or .info). It's very popular russian torrent site. Most of the release groups have english version of games, that is always written in the description. You have to use Google translate though. So far I've encountered only one group that has been putting malware in their releases. It's Let'sPlay.

Just something to keep in mind on top of what people already suggested. I don't know about the rest, but these three are solid. I also would bookmark Lrepacks.net for software and FMHY (fmhy.pages.dev). Best general trackers are FileList, TorrentLeech imo. But not public.
