Everytime the enemy team locks in Rumble, I either have to dodge that game because I never learn how to counter Rumble or actually try and counter Rumble. I don't hate Rumble that much but I really do hate playing against him in lane. Are there any matchups that Rumble really hate and are there any effective ways to play against Rumble?
10 lip 2023 · Respect. When you get counter picked or unfortunately fall behind in a matchup, you need to respect them. 1 kill = 15 cs worth of gold. You don’t need to kill rumble to beat him. In the fiora vs rumble matchup, rumble is stronger in lane but fiora beats him from mythic + full boots onwards if they are even or less than 2k gold lead.

17 wrz 2020 · It turns out that Rumble can do well into most matchups, with a little help from Seeker's and Phase Rush. For those who don't like mid, or for those who are used to top, you can pick Rumble top if you wanted to. Don't let this sub discourage you from that. But if you just wanted to play Rumble, you are indeed better off in midlane.

Poke with melee Q and back off (or ranged if that's not possible), defend with E whenever you have to trade against his flamethrower and counter with W when his flamethrower is on CD (ideally with full charges or 4 + empowered Q). Hexdrinker early helps a lot, too.

27 paź 2023 · Why don't we see Rumble being countered by Ornn at this worlds? Instead we get for some reason Jax (which western players can't play). Doesn't make sense to me since Ornn beats Rumble every single time and never falls out of meta.
