18 lip 2023 · I've seen nothing else and haven't played any of the games. At the end of Afterlife, a nuke explodes in front of Wesker's face. I guessed this would definitely kill him. Unlikely that any cell would survive this, T-virus or not. But then in "Retribution" he is alive and well. Alice isn't even surprised.
8 sty 2022 · This is from Resident Evil: Afterlife. As far as I can tell, the real dogs are used in some shots. Mainly shots where the dog is facing away from the camera. The problem is that they needed the dogs to be Cerberus, and you can't make a dog's body split open. So CG dogs were used for any shot where the dog was mutated, which was much of the scene.

24 lis 2010 · Just watched the first 15min of Resident Evil: Afterlife.... what.. the.. fuck.... Ok so what's-his-name injects Alice with something to make her a normal human while he has all her powers. But they are in plane that crashes into a mountain, which kills super-man, and human Alice walks away unharmed. Fuck that movie.
First one is great. Solid movie. Make a few changes and it could work within canon, but otherwise is a great evocation of the games, and not a strict invocation. 2 and 3 really start to highlight that Alice is the most important person the world and we must witness her. The backdrop of the stories were fine.
15 lis 2023 · Resident Evil can have one too. A part of TLOU adaptation being good is because Neil Druckman, the game director of TLOU was involved with the adaptation. He's the co-writer of the show and even directed one episode. I found WTRC way worse than all of the Anderson’s to be honest.

My rankings are: Resident Evil. Afterlife. Final Chapter. Apocalypse. Extinction. Retribution. I honestly only believe Retribution was the only one that was bad and I contribute that to my expectations being so high after Afterlife and the return of some of the original cast like Michelle Rodriguez and etc.
