To unlock a Razor scooter, you will need to find the quick-release lever. The quick-release lever is usually located on the handlebar stem, near the folding mechanism. Once you have found the quick-release lever, simply push it up and pull the handlebar stem towards you to unlock the scooter.
Turn the quick-release lever over to reveal an 8mm screw. Use the Phillips #2 screw driver to remove the screw. After removing the screw, the circular latch will be detachable.
To adjust the height of the handlebars, open the quick-release lever and slide the T-bar to the desired position and resecure the quick-release lever to lock into place. The tension of the quick-release lever can be adjusted by manually tightening or loosening the Allen bolt.
