Locate the Wall with a Drawing (21,76) (behind Master Armor Craftman) in the main area of the Ninja's guild. Choose to Touch the drawing with your hand.

Ok so you are a Ninja now, you are around level 10-20 I'm guessing (Unless you're some really rich dude who decided to get a level 50 Novice) and you have 1 Job Level.
