The Supplies page allows you to electronically order a wide variety of supplies to be used exclusively for tests performed by Quest Diagnostics or with Quest Diagnostics equipment.
Ordering supplies. Access Quanum Lab Services Manager and click Supplies in the. left navigation pane. The most frequently ordered supplies for your default lab and client account appear. Note: Supplies are to be used exclusively for tests performed by Quest Diagnostics or with Quest Diagnostics equipment.
Ordering Supplies. If the lab supports this feature, you can electronically order a wide variety of supplies to be used exclusively for tests performed by Quest Diagnostics or with Quest Diagnostics equipment.
In the Filter By list, click the category of supplies that you want to order (such as Specimen Bags or Tubes). You can also click All to view all supplies, or click Frequently Ordered to view up to 50 of the most frequently ordered items for the selected client.
Now you have online convenience that puts you in control. You can manage tasks such as: requesting test results, adding and cancelling tests, finding test information, ordering supplies, making payments, and updating your account information.
