29 lip 2022 · I just have one question. I have the SimpleLogin app on IOS, but can't use the "login with Proton" there, as there's no option for that. Can only do it in my browser. But I can't log into my SimpleLogin app at all as I didn't sign up for it independently, just started my account through connecting Proton.
15 cze 2021 · Geewhizzz looks good, but it takes me over a minute to log in. We are in the boonies and very slow DSL. I wait 23-seconds for the password manager list drop-down to show, then another 37 seconds to actually get the main Email page visually complete and stable. And, it ain't my Ryzen 5, 4900 PC slowing it.
7 wrz 2021 · I don't think ProtonMail will refuse to compy, but to me the issues are: ProtonMail caved pretty easily. In the US we saw Apple fight back when requested to modify its OS. We saw Lavabit shut down. I don't expect ProtonMail to do the same necessarily, but it also gave up relatively quickly. The severity of the crime is so low.

9 sie 2024 · Actually, New Outlook will not work with Proton Mail Bridge because of the lack of local IMAP support. Support for local IMAP has been dropped and cannot be added to New Outlook due to the cloud-based architecture. i.E. Microsoft needs to be able to access your IMAP server from the cloud to synchronize your email to he Microsoft cloud.

If you go into your Add and Remove Programs. and search Outlook, you will find the new outlook being installed as a separate app there. If you uninstall that, and re-start your Outlook client, the old one will forcibly re-pop up again with the new one gone until you do the "Try the New Outlook" slider again. Reply.

Using an alias has many benefits, regardless of how much personal info the platform you use it with has on you. alias allows you to identify exactly which platform leaked your email or had a breach. alias is kind of even an additional security layer. 10 gru 2020 · ProtonMail version 3.16.46. As others have suggested, you can try clearing the cache, active logins and cookies first to see if that solves the issue. If that doesn't work, disabling all Firefox extensions, and then enabling them one by one to see if one of them is causing this issue is a good second step.
