Here are the steps on 𝐇𝐨𝐰 𝐭𝐨 𝐀𝐜𝐜𝐞𝐬𝐬 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐂𝐞𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐞 𝐨𝐟 𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 (𝐂𝐎𝐑) 𝐟𝐫𝐨𝐦 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐞𝐯𝐢𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐒𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐞𝐫: 1. Go to this link: https://prisms.ustp.edu.ph/ and login your account. 2. Go to Student Tab and then click the Subjects Enrolled. 3. Select your chosen semester. 4. Print Student Actual Load.
You will be redirected to the Login page for Prisms. Enter the username and temporary password provided to you in the email you received from USTP. Click on the password reset link to change your password.
