The Auto-Pause Pregnancy mod I just released last night was about the only positive result of my tinkering but depending on what exactly you're looking for might be just right. It serves my purposes at least.
It includes java7nerd's Pregnancy Scan and Reseed, plus Scumbumbo's Pregnancy Terminator, PLUS a new feature to allow setting what stage a sim's pregnancy is in or even immediately beginning labor. The new Pregnancy pie-menu items will only show up when clicking on any pregnant sim.

31 sty 2015 · The mod will work with pekesims mod and the scan should work fine. The only limitation would be that the "Set Offspring" portion would not have the ability to choose pregnancies beyond triplets; however, the first "Random" option would still work to completely roll up a new random pregnancy and would have the chance to be quads, quints or sextups.
