1. Open Edge > click the three dots at the right top to open More actions > Settings. 2. At Advanced settings, click View advanced settings. 3. Scroll down to Cookies section, check which option you currently choose. Make sure or change it to Don't block cookies. Restart Edge and try access Office 365. #2.
22 lip 2023 · I do not have conditional access configured. This user has the MS office suite installed currently on a Win 10 laptop. They have gotten a new Win 11 laptop and are going to portal.office.com for their installation. As a test I disabled the default security in Azure AD and that allowed the login. My understanding is that default security is MFA.

You mentioned that the issue also happened on the Office portal site with work accounts for multiple users, and it worked before, the issue might be related to the backend of your tenant. Given this situation, more resources need to be involved in the issue in your environment.
