The West Madison Polar Caps Hockey club is a Tier II non-profit youth hockey association for boys and girls ages 4-18. The club was formed in 2004 as a result of a merger between the Westmorland Saints and West Madison Flyers, two clubs that have a rich tradition of fostering youth hockey in the Madison community.
Polar Caps offers several Learn to Play (LTP) sessions beginning in the fall and throughout the winter season. Each LTP session runs for about 5 weeks. LTP is for our newest and often youngest players who may have had some prior experience skating.
