I think an open-world game works a lot better when there's more things to do, and there's just not much do to in Crystal Clear. It's very technically impressive, but it's not really interesting to play for me outside of the marvels they were able to pull off technically.
The official server is the ONLY way to acquire CC legitimately. •Crystal Clear is simply a patch for vanilla Pokémon Crystal Version. You will need to patch your own copy of vanilla Crystal Version ⬇️.
Crystal Clear was a .bps patch file that was initially developed in 2017 by ShockSlayer. It is currently only available via the CC Discord, the link to which is here.
4 gru 2023 · I've heard a lot of good things about Pokemon Crystal Clear, which reworks Crystal in a level-scaled open world. I had also been meaning to check out Shin Pokemon Red as a way to replay the original with bugfixes and some QoL features but otherwise leaving the experience unchanged.
Is there a list of working cheat codes for Crystal Clear? No. You might be able to get certain vanilla Crystal codes to work, but the only guarantee is that there will be unintended side effects.
28 wrz 2024 · Crystal Clear, the open-world ROM hack, absolutely blew me away with it's quality. Also, it's ability to be recognized as a legitimate copy of Crystal and interface with the Poke Transporter. In fact, this feature single handedly reignited a Pokemon craze I haven't gone through since I was a kid.
