1994 Peavey Reactor AX, blonde. Made in the USA. The deluxe version of the basic Reactor, the AX has upgraded pickups and tuners. Fewer of these were made, which is too bad because they're much better sounding than the original base models.

About This Listing. 1990s USA made Peavey Reactor AX Tele style guitar in excellent condition. DB2 Blade pickups like in the Steve Crooper model. Similar to Bill Lawrence and Joe Barden Blade pickups. solid poplar body with maple neck and rosewood fretboard. CRL 3-way switch. Original Hardshell case with paperwork. Frets clean with minimal wear.
Peavey Reactor AX Electric Guitar This is the upgraded version of the Reactor, not many of these were made! Double rail noiseless pickups. Slim, satin-finish neck, really nice and light finish on body. Crafted in USA, great telecaster-style guitar with a sound all its own. Includes Peavey hardshell case.
I bought this guitar for $250 off a friend a few years ago and it's been a great instrument. Peavey USA guitars are a bit under represented so just thought I'd share mine! It's the upgraded AX model with better electronics, tuners, etc
The Peavey Reactor was a poplar bodied telecaster style electric guitar, discontinued in 1999. There was also a Reactor AX model (made 1995 to 1999) with a rosewood fingerboard, humbucker at the bridge & swamp ash body.
