The past form is the verb form that shows the simple past tense (e.g, 'caught' and 'drank' are the past forms of 'catch' and 'drink'). The past form is one of five verb forms in English.
The correct verb form here is 'have had'. You are describing a situation which began in the past and continues into the present, so the present perfect is appropriate. 'Yesterday' is a point in time rather than a period of time, so we would use 'since' rather than 'for'.

28 mar 2023 · Forming verbs into the simple past tense. For regular verbs, add –ed to the root form of the verb (or just –d if the root form ends in an e): Play→Played. Type→Typed. Listen→Listened. Push→Pushed. Love→Loved. For irregular verbs, things get more complicated. The simple past tense of some irregular verbs looks exactly like the root form: Put→Put.
