Park Place Drive-in in Marion, VA is the perfect spot for a night with the stars under the stars! Originally opened in 1954 - 1983 and re-opened in May of 2000, this outdoor cinema has a solo screen with a capacity for up to 240 cars, open seasonally, April thru October.
This place is a diamond in the rough as in a treasure to be found! This place is just perfect for a family night out. The snacks are plentiful and low priced. You are not on top of other cars. It's spacious. You are not trapped in it and can drive out if you need to leave early. It's the greatest!
This is a great place and a good alternative to a walk in theatre. The prices for food was quite high but this is to be expected with all movies. The price to get in and kids under 5 free is a great bonus. You like drive ins you must go. Read more.
