Route 364, known locally as the Page Extension, the Page Avenue Freeway, the Page Expressway, or simply the Extension, is a freeway that connects St. Louis County in Maryland Heights with St. Charles County in Lake St. Louis via the Veterans Memorial Bridge over the Missouri River.
Page Constructors designed and built a four lane divided freeway for nine miles from Route 94 at Mid Rivers Mall Drive in St. Peters to Interstate 64 in Lake Saint Louis. The project included: additional ramps connecting Route 94 and Mid Rivers Mall Drive to Route 364
