WHAT IS THE CADET SELECTION PROCESS? The selection process consists of the following and applicants should be prepared to participate in every part of the selection process: Written Examination. Polygraph Examination. Background Investigation. Physical Readiness Processing (including urinalysis drug screening) Medical Evaluation.
