Alternatively, find your order number by logging in to your My Verizon account and clicking on My Order Status.

Through the website/app you’ll want to look for Orders. You’ll be able to see past orders up to 3 months ago I believe. If you’re in the app it’ll be in the Shop menu and you can view order status from there. Website it’s through Account > My Devices > Orders.
