The butterfly cookie was excellent, flaky and crisp. The concha was soft and good for pairing with coffee (which I am currently doing). Ok then. Of course the best thing about Mexican bakeries is the price: one creamy empanada, one big flaky butterfly pastry, one chocolate topped concha and a lemon lime jarrito soda pop for only $2.25.
