Hi! I know this is old, but you're streaming the PS3 version when using PS+ Premium, and the PS3 version of oblivion simply had Knights of The Nine baked into it. I don't know why they didn't choose to include shivering and the other plethora of mini DLCs, but for KOTK at least, they didn't have the option not to haha

You can still get the Knights of the Nine and The Shivering Isles expansions via download and the GOTY physical disc, but the other DLCs have never made it out, sadly.
