  1. Complete and submit a Request for Evaluation of Credits form (PDF) (311 KB) and send all official transcripts to the Enrollment Center (enrollmentcenter@oakton.edu). Evaluation takes 2-4 weeks, once form and official transcript are received.

  2. We're offering this service to make ordering transcripts easier for you. It's also more efficient for your school, and will deliver your transcripts to the colleges you choose in the format they prefer.

  3. Transcript Request Please print all information. One form per request. There is a $10 fee per official transcript. If paying by mail, the $10 fee must accompany the request. Fee may also be paid at the Cashier’s Office (Des Plaines) or at the Ray Hartstein Campus bookstore (Skokie).

  4. To transfer previous courses to Oakton as credit, you will need to submit your official college transcript in addition to an Evaluation of Credits (PDF) (428 KB) form to have your previous credits evaluated.

  5. Students may transfer credits to Oakton in several ways: Credits Earned at U. S. Colleges and Universities. A student who has attended another college or university may transfer credit to Oakton. An official transcript must be sent by the other college(s) directly to the Enrollment Center.

  6. Official transcripts of a student’s academic record will be issued after the student completes an online Transcript Request and pays the transcript processing fee listed on the Tuition and Fees page. A transcript will not be released for any person who has a non-financial hold on their record.

  7. Students interested in graduation through the reverse transfer process -- a process by which a student who is currently enrolled at a four-year institution may receive an associate degree -- must submit an official academic transcript from their four-year college/university and email registrarservices@oakton.edu to request an evaluation of ...
