NYSCEF is a program that allows electronic filing and service of legal papers with various New York courts. To e-file with the Supreme Court, select Supreme Civil Court from the available courts and case types.
Enter at least the index number and year to find results, or select case type and court type for an exact match. If you don't know the format of the case number you are trying to search, you can enter the case number separately from the year. The year is optional.
