Norway–Vulcan Area Schools is a school district serving Norway and Waucedah townships in Dickinson County and Faithorn in Menominee County all located in the Upper Peninsula of Michigan.
About Us. Our district is located in the heart of our community. NVAS students regularly achieve above and beyond their same grade peers throughout the State of Michigan. Evidence of this is the National Blue Ribbon status of Norway Elementary School.
The school has a long-standing tradition of academic excellence as measured by MEAP and ACT testing results. Also recognized for quality programs in athletics and the fine arts, Norway High School offers a comprehensive educational experience for all students.
