12 maj 2023 · Penalty Details. Possession of up to 70 grams is legal for adults 21+. Possession of over 70 grams and up to 100 grams is a minor misdemeanor. Possession of 100 – 200 grams is a misdemeanor punishable by a maximum sentence of 30 days imprisonment and a maximum fine of $250.
