I have the video to prove it. I submitted it for grading with a sworn statement to its authenticity, and offered to provide the video and evidence of the coin’s authenticity. NGC disregarded what I offered, ignored my sworn statement, and graded it “UNC Details - Artificial Toning.”.
To ensure impartiality, NGC and its full-time graders do not buy and sell coins, and strict procedures are in place to prevent conflicts of interest. If you are contacted by phone, email or through social media by someone claiming to work for NGC who wants to buy coins from you, it is a scam.
