DHHS is one of the largest departments in state government comprised of five Divisions: Aging and Disability Services, Child and Family Services, Health Care Financing and Policy, Public and Behavioral Health, and Welfare and Supportive Services.
The department currently supervises six divisions: Aging and Disability Services Division (ADSD) Division of Child and Family Services (DCFS) Division of Health Care Financing and Policy (DHCFP) Division of Public and Behavioral Health (DPBH) Division of Welfare and Supportive Services (DWSS)
The Office of State Epidemiology is here to help prevent and respond to public health issues in Nevada in order to improve health outcomes for our communities.
At the Nevada Division of Public and Behavioral Health, our mission is to protect, promote and improve the physical and behavioral health of the people of Nevada. Our main office is located at 4150 Technology Way in Carson City with regular business hours of 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
