To download TV shows or movies you'll need one of these devices with the latest version of the Netflix app installed: Android phone or tablet. iPhone or iPad. Amazon Fire tablet. Google Chromebook. Talking with a Netflix rep they said it was removed to enhance the experience.
Since updating to Windows 11 I've been unable to use Netflix inside of Edge. Once a video starts playing, I have maybe a few seconds until all monitors black screen and flickering until that Netflix tab is closed. And it seems like there are other reports of similar issues: ,
I have been using Edge from a decent time but have never been able to use Netflix to watch shows. Netflix works well on other browser like Google Chrome but I like Edge due to its new features and access. I am attaching the screenshot of the Netflix screen - Please fix this problem as soon as possiible.
25 kwi 2020 · I understand that you wanted to stream in FHD(1080p) videos on Netflix, Prime Video and HBO Go While researching on how to enable FHD or 1080p videos on streaming services on Microsoft Edge based on chromium, I was able to find useful ways to enable FHD or 1080p on streaming services on the new Microsoft edge on YouTube. 26 kwi 2020 · Prior to disabling hardware acceleration, Netflix shows show Dolby Vision as an option - i.e. 4K and HDR. With hardware acceleration turned off, this is no longer an option. So Edge is the only browser approved for Netflix Dolby Vision, but it can't be used without hardware acceleration, and with hardware acceleration Netflix returns errors.
1 sty 2023 · I just bought the Surface Pro 9 last week. Netflix works fine on a browser. No VPN. Already fully updated Windows. Per Netflix this is an on going issue with no fix. So seems the Surface Pro 9 may not currently work with Netflix.
Whenever I watch Netflix for a few minuets, my computer crashes are restarts. The screen turns blue, it makes a very loud noise, and it says there is a problem and has a :( face. This happens every time I watch Netflix. I don't know why it has been doing this. It started happening more frequently last month and now it restarts almost twice a day.

20 lis 2021 · My previous external display supported neither 4K nor HDR and same goes with the internal display of the laptop. However, when I purchased the U3219Q this summer, I was able to play 4K and HDR10 content from Netflix with both Edge and Netflix app (which I prefer because it also supports 5.1 audio) with the display for several months.
