NIPR's Licensing Center provides information and tools for obtaining, renewing and managing producer and adjuster licenses. You can also look up your National Producer Number (NPN), a unique NAIC identifier assigned to all individuals and most business entities on the PDB.
You can lookup your NPN number using the following search feature provided by the NIPR: Look Up Your NPN. Individuals can find their NPN using their Individual SSN or a License Number. Agencies can find their NPN using their FEIN or a License Number.
The National Producer Number is a unique NAIC identifier assigned through the licensing application process or the NAIC reporting systems to individuals and business entities (including, but not limited to producers, adjusters, and navigators) engaged in insurance related activities regulated by a state insurance department.
