Scam company - Give links to BBB and trustpilot when disputing with your credit card. Responding to an ad on YouTube, I ordered two Nanosparkle cloths to remove scratches from my car via email on June 29, paying with PayPal. The order was supposed to be two cloths plus one free cloth for $14.95, plus $4.75 for shipping, a total of $19.70.
My single light scratch turned into a bigger patch of visible scratches with a white hazy appearance. Problem solved by good old fashioned T-Cut and Colour Magic coloured polish. Should have just used that in the first place. Nanosparkle made the job harder and nearly ruined the paintwork on my car.

NanoSparkle Cloth is a cleaning supply company with a Vancouver address that has received multiple complaints from customers who did not receive their orders or received different products. BBB has not received a response from the company and has no records of a business licence for the address.
