MyPlate is the updated version of the Food Guide Pyramid, a visual reminder to choose a variety of foods from each of the food groups. It offers personalized tools and resources to help you meet your goals, save money, and enjoy healthy eating.
The MyPlate Plan* shows your food group targets – what and how much to eat within your calorie allowance. Your food plan is personalized, based on your: Age. Sex. Height. Weight. Physical activity level. To get started, click on the "Start" button.
