Muay thai + circuit training. Gym is spacious and has adequate equipment, but only has 1 shower and 1 comfort room. Staff are friendly and approachable. Would recommend coach Mark as he teaches proper form and repeats the moves until you get it right (it's just my 3rd muay thai training ever) Overall had a great sesh.
