Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church is a faith-based family of Believers in Jesus Christ committed to the spiritual growth of ourselves, our families, and our communities. We are devoted to living out our faith by spreading the Gospel of Jesus Christ through worship, fellowship, evangelism, outreach, social justice, and the study of God’s word.

Mt. Moriah Missionary Baptist Church, Inc. (Mt. Moriah MBC) was founded in 1892 by its first pastor, Reverend Stephany Milligan; who was also the pastor of Union Baptist Church ( the mother church of Mt Moriah). The first church was built on a prarcel of land that belonged to Mr. J.P. Clark.
