I can feel pain in the vestibule (the only place I have ever had pain) if I touch it directly but when lubricated I'm ok. I do use Vagifem 2x a week too (microdose of estrogen since estrogen cream made me suuuper nauseated) . So overall I'd say, it has mixed results from what I read on some groups.
