Every radio, Tv or print ad by Menards is false advertising by claiming 11% rebate on every purchase, because it’s only store credit, not a rebate.
When their sale/ads end on a Saturday instead of the normal Sunday that means there will be an 11% off rebate sale for that week. http://www.menards.com/main/coupon-policy/c-14006.htm. It says they take competitor % off coupons up to 10%, so bring in a lowes coupon.

February: misc sale, Race to Savings Sale. late Feb/early March: 11% starts. Rest of the year is random sales concurrent with 11%. November: 11% ends Thanksgiving Day. Race to Savings sometimes lasts two weeks, and I believe one year it pushed the 11% into March, so it may or may not be in February. 9.
