A short axle-to-axle length makes the Z7 Xtreme very maneuverable while the single cam rolls through the draw cycle with little effort. The test bow demonstrated a remarkably quiet shot, little kick and virtually no vibration.
I'm seriously considering moving up to a Mathews Z7 Xtreme or Z7, which I have found I can comfortably shoot around 60# since their let-offs are 80% (vs. 70% for the Q2). Plus, like most other modern bows, these 2 new bows are more efficient than my old one (IBO 330 and 333 fps, vs. the Q2's 308).
