The beginning. I wanted to start where the show left off too but its best to start from the beginning. They changed the timeline around a little in the anime and the manga is just best read from the beginning generally.

The anime ends after a festival is held at the school where Misaki and Usui participate in a "couples" contest. After the festival is done and there's fireworks, Misaki gives in to her feelings for Usui and they kiss.
The final episode is chapter 32. But a few chapters after that have been animated too, and put before the final in the anime, for example the anime witch event actually happend after the final episode. I think the anime goes up to chapter 35.
The anime took scenes from different parts of the manga. And they also missed out on some parts from the manga. Overall I liked the manga a whole lot so I would also recommend reading the manga from the beginning. However if you really want to know the chapter where it ends off at, its chapter 32. 4. Reply.
