License Renewal. All renewal of licenses for LPNs will be completed through your Nurse Portal account. After your Nurse Portal account has been created, you will be able to access/login to it through the LSBPNE website.
If you wish to apply for licensure in Louisiana, you will need to complete the endorsement application through the Nurse Portal. Results of a state and federal background check are required to complete the process. The fee for applying for endorsement is $185 plus 1.8% state charge.
