21 kwi 2023 · Out of any punk gang, I would say the LADS, aka Los Angeles Death Squad, was our nemesis. I won’t front, the two crews would fight, but the fact that we were all punks unified us in a weird way. The LADS also like to dress like cholos, as you can see from the photos below.
14 lip 2018 · Following the murder by Miller, some of the S.S. LADS joined PEN1 or the far more powerful Aryan Brotherhood, while the Latinos separated into full-on barrio gangs and furthering the racial divide. This made Long Beach—in between Hollywood and OC—one of the hotbeds for gang violence.
If you want an actual notorious gang, one that was actually dangerous and actually feared, it starts with South Side LA Death Squad and moves on from there. The LADS were deep. And attracted people who really wanted to put in work.
