The CHOICES on-time application window will open October 1, 2024, and close on November 15, 2024. Applications received before the application deadline, November 15, 2024, will be included in the public random lottery, if needed. A late application will be available beginning February 3, 2025.

The HCV Program is open to prioritize and continually accept referrals from a Coordinated Entry System (CES) and/or other partnering agencies for families that are homeless. Current wait-listed families are also given the benefit of the homeless preference if they are experiencing homelessness.
