The Device or Hotspot Request via Parent Portal allows Parents/Legal Guardians to request an electronic device or hotspot for their student(s). Parent/Legal Guardian will be able to login to parentportal.lausd.net using their Parent Portal Single Sign-On (SSO) account.
If you are requesting a device and have a Parent Portal account, select option 1. If you are requesting a device and DO NOT have a Parent Portal account, select option 4.

If your child needs a device for home use, please request a device through the portal link below by clicking on the "CLICK HERE" button. Please use your parent portal credentials to access the website.
Step 1: Go to https://device.lausd.net. Step 2: Click on the 'LAUSD Parent/Guardian' option. Step 3: Login using your Parent Portal account. Step 4: Verify your email address, phone number, and home address for each of your students. Step 5: Answer the questions for each of your students. Step 6: Initial the Parent Acknowledgement.
