It didn't matter whether you graduated with Latin Honors or Phi Beta Kappa or whatever other academic honors you received. All that mattered was just the final GPA number and the LSAT score itself. Hence, it wouldn't hurt to aim for Latin Honors, but the GPA number is more important.
Latin honors apply to the whole year, so yours would be for 2021-2022. They released the calculated percentiles for 2020-2021 at the start of this year. They're applicable to summer graduation too.

In the commencement program for each college, you have an asterisk by your name if you qualify for any level of Latin honors. At the end of the pamphlet, it says something like "* Eligible for Latin Honors".
