Anyone who is concerned about the safety of a child is encouraged to make a report. Individuals who are encouraged, although not required by law, to make a report of suspected child abuse, can make a report to ChildLine by calling 1-800-932-0313.

Children’s Advocacy Centers (CACs) help child victims of sexual abuse every day of the year. In 2023 there were 14,472 kids in Pennsylvania who came to a CAC because of suspected child abuse. 73% of those cases involved alleged sexual abuse.
