It is a scam. The doctors are just requiring unnecessary additional testing instead of helping online for the most basic symptoms that I already had experience with Date of experience : November 15, 2022

SCAM of a Service. K Health can’t seriously help when you need actual medical attention. I had a UTI and was in immense pain. I spoke to a Dr on K-Health (after waiting an hour) and they said there was nothing they could do and suggested I go see a Dr. in office.
Not legit at least anymore. Scam app took my money and did not help my issue. They told me to go to the ER when it was not an emergency. Asked strange unrelated questions and did not help, no prescription, just bad advice.
